We request, add your card to confirm your booking. You won't be charged anything now - payment will be collected in-store.
We require 48 hours’ notice of cancellation for all our guests. If appointments are cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, then unfortunately you will be charge 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 100% for not showing up. We completely understand that life’s little dramas can get in the way of scheduled appointments, and we can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances.
Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place due to increasing numbers of no-shows, and late cancellations, which is costing the salon hundreds of pounds in lost revenue each month.
